Can I use all smartphones?

The smartphone to be installed in PEDDY can only be used with Android. All S3, Note 2, and G3 smartphones released after 2012 can be used.
Can I use a tablet PC?

Yes, products up to 9.7 inches or less can be used.
Is it only available on Wi-Fi and LTE?

It can be used with a minimum upload/download of 512 kbytes, and video calls are only available via wifi or LTE. In the case of 3G, video calls and robots cannot be moved, but voice transmission is possible.
How much food goes in the feeder?

Can hold about 5-6 cups based on paper cups. Based on small companion animals, food can be served for about 2-3 days.
Can I put any food in the feeder?

Basically, it is recommended to use dry feed with a diameter of less than 1 cm.
Does the pet recognize the owner in the video?

Any concerns about hacking?

As the product supports only 1:1 Bluetooth communication and the smartphone installed in the product is always communicating with Bluetooth, the risk of hacking is within the safe range, and Android's own OS security is expected to guarantee certain stability. In addition, video calls only support 1:1 video calls, and users must go through a user authentication step using Google's push server before video calls. I did.
How long does it take to charge Pedi?

How long can I use it when fully charged?

How do I charge my phone mounted on Pedi?

You do not need to charge it separately as it is done together with Pedi charging.
How many accounts can I create at most?

Up to 3 people can register. However, through PEDDY's user settings, general users except for one master can only use functions such as video call, snack/meal cycle, and photo taking within Play.
Do you provide water?

Yes. Water is not provided. Meals are only available at this time.
Is the product waterproof?

Although it has a round exterior and is designed to drip liquid, it is not completely waterproof, so please wipe it off immediately if you find it.

Are all smartphones available?

A smartphone (Host) to be mounted on PEDDY is only available for Android. Samsung Galaxy S3, Note 2 and LG G3 or later models released since 2012 are all available.

Can I use PEDDY only with Wi-Fi and LTE?

Is it hacking-free?

PEDDY is connected in a 1:1 way through smartphones and Bluetooth communication, so you can rest assured that there is no hacking concern about the product. How long does it take to charge PEDDY?

It takes up to about 8 hours to fully charge the built-in battery. Accurate measurement of the charging time is difficult to say because the battery status varies depending on the models and usage time of the smartphone.
How long can I use it when fully charged?

You may operate it for 2-3 days, assuming that it’s operated for 24 hours while activating for 5 minutes per hour.
How do I charge the mobile phone attached to PEDDY?

You do not need to charge it separately because it is charged together through a cable on the front of the PEDDY while the battery is charged.
How many accounts can I create?

You can register up to 3 users. Also, general users except for one Master can use only the functions such as using video call, giving snack/meal, and shooting photos in the Play.
Doesn't the device provide water?

No, it doesn't. Currently, only meals are available to provide.
Is it waterproof?

The device is designed to have a round shape so that liquid may flow on the surface of it, however, it's not completely waterproof. So please be careful with submergence.
